Anxiety, Depression, Stress
In counseling, anxiety and depression are often viewed as two sides of the same coin. While anxiety is frequently a "future-oriented" state of high-alert and worry, depression is often a "past-oriented" state of heaviness, low energy, and withdrawal.
Our work provides a structured, supportive space to see where these feelings are located and move from a state of stress and "survival" back into unclogging the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn that accumulates in our bodies and nervous systems.
It is possible to not be stuck!
