I am a licensed supervisor for LCMHCAs in North Carolina with ten years of experience in crisis intervention, including work with inpatient behavioral hospitals, crisis teams, and crisis lines.

My supervision lens is primarily informed by somatic practices and attachment theory. I began my journey in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and am currently in my second year of the Somatic Experiencing (SE) international certification. My goal is to help both clients and supervisees support the nervous system in processing and resolving trauma. Then focusing on how that effects their relationships eco-system.

In addition to this clinical focus, I provide extensive practical knowledge in crisis management. If we work together, you will receive step-by-step guidance and encouragement to ensure your clinical choices are rooted in wisdom and experience.
